All documents for your transaction are stored on-line, in secure, password-protected site, so as to be available 24/7 and anywhere in the world where you have internet access. Some of the items we take care of include:

  • Preparation of Seller’s Net Sheet, reflecting contract price ,any customary closing costs, and cost of any repairs agreed to be completed by the Seller
  • Delivery of all Seller disclosures to the Buyer.
  • Seller’s agent or seller opens escrow and orders Title search for Title Insurance
  • Buyer orders any property inspections and reviews information
  • Buyer makes application for a loan, unless is a cash sale
  • Lender’s Appraiser appraises the property for the buyer’s loan
  • Buyer removes all loan contingencies
  • Buyer removes all property condition contingencies
  • Seller makes any agreed to repairs
  • Seller arranges for moving
  • Seller’s agent oversees all contract matters and reports to Seller regularly
  • Seller’s agent or seller make arrangements for ‘sign-off’ and close
    of escrow
