Homes are for people. Not for profits. I entered this business to make a difference in people's lives. Anyone can list a home for sale. I sell homes with the specific purpose to improve a client's life. All clinets are trying to improve their life by making their biggest investment. My focus is adding value to people's lives. This is my core belief as a realtor and my purpose in this business.

I have over twenty years of combined professional experience as a civil servant and in real estate. That experience has helped me develop a unique niche as a property recycler. I work with absentee landlords, city authorities and local code enforcement to help recycle neglected properties back into the community.
