James is the recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award and Hall of Fame Award, two of the highest awards given to RE/MAX agents. Out of 6,600 RE/MAX agents, he ranks #41 for sales volume in California. Energetic and enigmatic, James' success in real estate comes from being an experienced business man who understands the importance of customer service.
When the RE/MAX office changed names to Altera Real Estate in 2008, he chose to stay with the office and owners. "They are sincere and dedicated business owners who are interested in providing a sound business model and outstanding customer service." says James, so he chose to stay with the new brand that has a wealth of potential growth. With a goal of 1000 agents in mind for 2009, the Altera brand will likely soon catch up with fellow competitor, Intero, which currently has about 1500 agents. Altera has the potential to be a powerful and dependable brand for many years into the future, and he is excited to be here just like RE/MAX.
James attended USC where he studied Business Administration and Accounting. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, James acted as CEO of his family horticulture business. In his early twenties, James grew the family business revenues to over a million dollars after starting up in the South Bay.
"The fast pace and profound opportunities to use my business skills to help others really attracted me to Real Estate. I love what I do", says James. "When you truly enjoy what you do, its easy to extend yourself further to help your clients. People appreciate it when I can make complicated transactions easy for them. James lives in San Jose with his wife, Diane, and their two cats, Princess and Storm. He enjoys golf, gardening, fishing, the arts, traveling, investing, personal growth, an avid San Jose Sharks hockey fan thanks to his wife (can ya tell the colors?), and is a volunteer with the Big Brother/Big Sister mentor program. His goal is to live in Hawaii, enjoy the good life, and make a contribution to others. |

As a member of the James Endo Group, Raya is your first line of support. She loves to help and will always be available to make your experience, as a client, a pleasant and successful one. She is the first voice you will hear when you call the James Endo Group. Raya has been in the real estate services industry since 2005, holding positions, such as real estate administrative assistant, marketing coordinator and as an account manager for various title companies. Raya has had real estate services be a part of her life since she can remember. Her mom was an escrow officer, as was her husband, each for over 20 years.
She finds her passion in being a support person and is always eager to help. Prior to returning to work in 2005, Raya was a stay at home mom. She loved raising her three daughters, with her husband, here in Silicon Valley. Raya was born and raised in San Jose and truly enjoys living in the Bay Area. In her free time, Raya loves participating in Zumba dance classes, photography, hiking and any outdoor activities, as well as spending time with her family. Raya has recently added a regular exercise routine to her life and has never felt better.

Corinne Vasquez
Transaction Coordinator
Corinne brings a wealth of experience in escrow management to the team. She is proud that she has closed many sales and escrows for our happy clients. Corinne is responsible for managing the documents and appointments with all sales contracts and clients and can be reached at 408-978-9000. She completes all of her transactions efficiently. When she is not busy working on transactions,Corinne is at home in San Jose with her family. She also enjoys travel. |
